Recently I wrote a topic on my news blog about how you should praise your curves and be happy about the body you have been given. It seems to me that having a natural look and a healthy body has become more appreciated lately, and it’s not a bad thing that celebrities also are following this trend. Even H&M has decided that a size 0 doesn’t look the best in a swim suit, fronting their new summer campaign with Beyonce.

I guess sometimes we need a little motivation and inspiration to get our asses up or to realize that we should make the best out of what we have been given though it is always great to have our personal “muses” that gives us that extra kick. My muse is definately Sofia Vergara. She has a body to die for! Same goes for Kelly Brook.
