This unique fir tree is a hybrid creation, expertly combining PE tips, primarily situated along the branch edges, with high-quality PVC foil tips positioned closer to the tree's trunk. This meticulous approach results in a lush and gap-free tree.
Noteworthy is the production process of the "Mountain Fir with Holly PE." It is a handcrafted tree, with tips meticulously connected using technical fibre, enhancing the tree's aesthetics. However, thanks to the snap tree system, the tree is effortlessly foldable and easy to set up.
Incorporated decorations in the form of holly fruit and pine cones provide exquisite embellishments to the Christmas tree. It demands minimal additional decoration, as its inherent beauty and shape can be brilliantly accentuated with LED lighting.
Crafted from
polyethylene, often referred to as "rubber," these PE tips represent the highest quality material used in artificial tree production.
Factory-modeled PE branches simplify tree unfolding. PE is an exceptionally durable and flame-retardant material, with tips firmly attached, requiring substantial effort to remove. Moreover, it is resilient against moisture, temperature fluctuations, and deformation, closely mirroring the realism of a natural tree.
The use of technical fiber, a high-quality and incredibly durable "thread," to secure nail tips made of polyethylene and PVC foil is a distinct feature of our product.
