Weird But True

AI predicts what Elvis Presley would look like if he were alive today

What would Elvis Presley have looked like if he were still living today?

Well, AI has the answer: New computer-generated photos have shown a prediction of how the King of Rock ‘n’ Roll would appear in the present day.

Presley died in 1977 at the age of 42 and if he were still alive in 2023, then he’d be 88.

In photos created by DALL-E 2 AI and obtained by the Daily Star, the “Jailhouse Rock” star seems to have lost some weight. He doesn’t have many wrinkles but still has some sagging skin.

However, his famed dark coif hairstyle is still intact except for some gray stands peeking out from the roots.

Presley’s bright blue eyes are also still seen in the AI images, but his teeth are discolored and his eyebrows have faded.

The rocker still sports his famous white jumpsuit and aviator sunglasses that were part of his signature stage costume.

Presley suffered from a series of health issues throughout his life.

On the day of his death, he was found unresponsive in his bathroom at Graceland Mansion and was constipated for over four months.

The cause of his perishing was due to cardiac arrhythmia, but he also endured medical issues over the years prior such as vertigo, back pain, insomnia, hepatitis, bleeding ulcers and weight problems.

He married his wife Priscilla Presley in 1967 and they divorced in 1973.

Priscilla, 78, bore his only child, Lisa Marie, a year after their wedding.

The “To Whom It May Concern” singer died this past January at the age of 54 and was buried at the Graceland Meditation Garden in Memphis, Tennessee, next to her father.

“It is with a heavy heart that I must share the devastating news that my beautiful daughter Lisa Marie has left us,” Priscilla said in a statement on Jan. 12. “She was the most passionate, strong and loving woman I have ever known.”

She died from cardiac arrest and was placed in a medically induced coma after coding several times at the hospital.

Priscilla and the “Heartbreak Hotel” singer’s love story was documented in Baz Luhrmann’s epic 2022 musical “Elvis,” where the pair was played by Austin Butler and Olivia DeJonge.

Sofia Coppola will also take on the lovebirds in her upcoming drama “Priscilla,” where the crooner will be portrayed by Jacob Elordi and Cailee Spaeny will step into the role of Priscilla.
