An architectural gem, but not a museum piece. Great pints and craic. The snug is wonderful. Fav time of year is Christmas and the Stag getting a red nose.
WhatToDo DublinOcak 9, 2015Great pub to pop into during the day or for an evening pint. Can get very busy and packed in the weekend. There is an upstairs also but it can be hard to get a drink here. Well worth a visit though.

Raj S.Ekim 19, 2014I think this was my favorite Irish bar of them all. Great staff, and the seafood chowder is fairly legit for a bar. Randomly people started playing music and everyone was singing. It was great.

Live music, comedy shows, and an all around great atmosphere. One of the best bars in Dublin.
Proper Victorian era pub, the snug behind the end of the bar (to the left as you're looking at it) is one of the best in the city.
