Where did they all go?! The Black Widow shows off her flat stomach just one day after eating contest where she devoured 45 hotdogs in 10 minutes

The Black Widow of competitive eating appeared on the Today show to talk about beating her previous record of 41 dogs at the Nathan's Famous Fourth of July International Hot Dog Eating Contest on Coney Island in New York City.
Sonya Thomas, of Alexandria Virginia, appeared with men's champion Joey 'Jaws' Chestnut - who munched through 68 hotdogs - to show off their champion's belts and talk about their win.

'I wanted to do one for every year and this year I'm coming 45,' she said. 'I try to make a special one for every year.'
Asked what she did to get back to normal after chowing down the vast number of dogs in yesterday's competition, she said: 'You just have to watch your diet and exercise, try not to eat too much after.'
By her side was Joey Chestnut who also beat his personal best by eating 68 hotdogs.
Asked what he does to prepare, he said: 'Before the big contest I fast for about three days and eat nothing to make sure I'm loose and can stretch.
'I do a practice by getting my girlfriend or somebody to put close to 70 hotdogs on the table for me. Every time I do a practice I chow down and try to eat a little more next time.'

The key: Competitive eaters separate the hotdogs from the buns and then suck down the hotdogs before chewing on the buns
At weigh-in on Tuesday, Ms Thomas said she was hoping to take down 45 hotdogs.
'I know my stomach can handle it,' she said. 'The only thing that needs work is your state of mind.'
Ms Thomas is a pint-sized super-eater who weighs just 100 pounds and is 5-foot-5.
Thomas is nicknamed 'The Black Widow' because of her ability to defeat men four to five times her size.
