He tied the knot with long-term partner Carl Hyland in a lavish ceremony just over a month ago.

And on Saturday, Kieron Richardson was spotted with his new husband for the first time since their wedding, enjoying a fun night out in Manchester.

Making their way towards Italian restaurant Avalanche, the married couple were full of great spirits and were unable to hide their smiles as they walked down the streets hand-in-hand.

The 29-year-old actor, who plays Ste Hay on the Channel 4 soap, cut a handsome figure in a plaid blazer and tailored trousers, which was teamed with black laceups.

Not to be outdone in the style stakes, his other half looked equally stylish in a slick grey jacket and a dark coloured jumper with smart trousers.

The loved-up pair were also accompanied by Kieron’s co-star Jorgie Porter, who looked incredible in a long ivory gilet over a lacy cream miniskirt.

Earlier on, the soap star took to his social media sites to post: ‘Looking forward to checking out @AvalancheRest tonight ta @scottyspecial.’

Both Kieron and Carl said ‘I do’ infront of a star-studded crowd at Devonshire Dome in Buxtone, Derbyshire with as many as 12 bridesmaids, including Jennifer Metcalfe and Gemma Merna. 

Speaking in an interview with Wedding Magazine, the soap star discussed the reason behind his bridesmaids and their bridal gowns for the special day.

‘I chose each one with each individual girl in mind,’ he explained. ‘Luckily I got the majority of them right, though owing to sizes and styles we did some swapping between the girls.

‘It could have been risky but was still easier than getting 12 girls in one place at the same time - I think choosing their own would have been a nightmare!’

The smitten couple announced their engagement last summer, after being together for seven years.
