French OEMs most vulnerable to Chinese incursion? Renault Retail Group UK is pleased to announce Renault brand has achieved impressive sales growth in Europe in Q3 2023, with a year-on-year increase of 25%. This positive performance is being driven by a number of factors, including: Strong demand for electrified vehicles The Renault brand made significant headway in the electrified market in Q3, with HEV sales increasing by a sharp 48%. This was led by the successful launch of the Austral and Arkana models, which are both available in HEV versions. Renault's electric vehicle sales also increased by 19%, with the Megane E-Tech electric achieving over 35,000 sales this year. Growth in the high-value business: Renault's C-segment model range continues to play an increasingly important role in its overall sales, showing remarkable growth with a total of 190,535 vehicles sold, up 36%. This was driven by the successful launch of the Austral and Arkana models. Growth on the LCV market: Renault continued to outperform on the LCV market in Q3, with a double-digit sales growth of 21%. This was driven by the success of the brand's flagship products, Express, Kangoo, Trafic and Master. This strong performance by the Renault brand in Q3 2023 is having a positive impact on Renault Retail Group UK. We are seeing increased demand for Renault vehicles across all segments, and we are confident that this trend will continue in the coming months and into 2024. #grouprenault #renault #growth #success
