Or maybe you want to work on your relationship with yourself. I find great joy in working with clients as they gain insight and skills to explore these important areas of life. I help clients as they learn about and transcend the barriers within themselves that get in the way of living the life they want or having the relationships they desire. We also work on improved communication, increased positivity, and emotional regulation.
I work with individuals and couples using approaches grounded in Attachment Theory, Transpersonal Psychology, Imago, Gottman and the Developmental Model of Couples Therapy. I am also excited to announce that I am completing certification from CIIS in Psychedelic Assisted Therapy (PAT), in anticipation of FDA re-scheduling of psychedelics for clinical use.
