ORDER PROCESS

To get started I would need a description/reference photo for each illustration - please email these to hello@writtenbyemily.com after purchase - and I can make a start on the illustrations while you are finalising where everyone is sitting.

Then, at least 2 weeks before you’d like to print, please email the seating arrangements in editable format (Word/Excel/Google Docs are all fine). I will create a digital mockup of the design & layout, and you will be able to make any revisions before it is finalised for printing.

You will receive the final design as a digital file, along with a comprehensive PDF with recommended printing companies within the UK, Europe, USA, Canada & Australia, and instructions on how to choose paper types, sizing and how to place the order, which you can use to arrange printing yourself.
